WE ARE OPEN AND OFFERING RAPID COVID-19 TESTING AT OUR CLINIC, by appointment only. We accept walk-in patients on a limited basis.
All registration paperwork must be completed online to guarantee same-day space for the appointment. 

Patients must be assessed by our physicians for testing based on symptoms or exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
